Position: E-Commerce Sales Coordinator
Duties:
- Manage online product listings and ensure accurate content and imagery.
- Monitor sales metrics and generate performance reports for analysis.
- Coordinate order processing, shipping, and delivery to customers.
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and resolution of issues.
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends for strategic insights.
- Optimize product visibility through SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Handle returns and refunds, following the company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in ECONOMICS OR OTHER RELATED MAJORS
- 24 months experience in Sales and Related Occupations
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Rate of Pay: $60.000 per annum
