Refund policy

Please read the product description very carefully and ensure that you order the correct size.

 

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at help@airgrilles.com. We will provide a return slip and instructions. Please note that returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. Additionally, customers are required to provide information and pictures of the product to indicate whether it has been opened, used, or is in a new-in-box condition.

Customer pays for return shipping (unless it's our fault).

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. In order to qualify for a full product price refund, please ensure that the item is in the same condition as when you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Please note that if the package has been opened, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Refunds are provided solely for the product price; shipping fees are non-refundable (unless errors were made on our part).

Damages and issues
Please check your order upon delivery and notify us in 14 days if you receive a defective or damaged item. This will allow us to assess the issue and take appropriate action to rectify it. If the item is damaged, please send an email to help@airgrilles.com with photos of both the product and packaging. Don't forget to mention your order number in the email. We'll send you a new unit as soon as possible. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to start a return process for the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. We do not offer free exchanges (unless it's our fault).
