Refund & Return Policy


Please read the product description carefully and confirm your size before ordering.
Most returns happen because of a sizing mistake, our How to Measure guide walks you through measuring your opening so you order the right fit the first time.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If your order hasn't shipped yet, you may be able to cancel it instead.

To start a return, contact us at help@airgrilles.com. We'll send you a return slip and instructions. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. You'll also be asked to provide information and photos of the product showing whether it has been opened, used, or is new in box.

Once your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund — unless the return is due to our error, in which case return shipping is free.

Ship the item back using the prepaid label we provide. Items must arrive in the same condition you received them — unused and in their original packaging.

Non-returnable items

  • Final sale items: all disposable filters.
  • Custom and special-order items that have entered production (noted on the product page before purchase).

Refunds

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

To qualify for a full product-price refund, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. If the package has been opened, a 20% restocking fee applies. Refunds cover the product price only; shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Damaged or defective items

Please check your order upon delivery and notify us within 7 days if an item arrives defective or damaged. Email help@airgrilles.com with photos of both the product and the packaging and your order number. We'll review the issue and send a replacement unit as soon as possible. Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to start a return for the item you have and place a separate order for the new one. We do not offer free exchanges unless the error was ours.

Bulk and B2B returns

For large project or wholesale orders, contact help@airgrilles.com before returning. Standard return terms apply unless we agree otherwise in writing.
