Getting the size right is the whole game. Order air grilles, registers and filters by the DUCT OPENING — not the old cover.
Order by duct opening size — Width × Height
✓Measure the duct / wall openingWidth first, then height — that is the size you order.
✗Do not measure the old grilleNever use the overall size of the existing cover.
✓Front frame overlapsEach grille has a front-end frame that covers the wall joint.
What to measure for each product
Return Vent Covers
Order by duct opening measurements on the wall or ceiling.
Return Air Filter Grilles
Order by duct opening measurements on the wall or ceiling.
Filters
Order by duct opening measurements on the wall or ceiling. (Actual filter size is 0.25" shorter than that.)
Supply Grilles
Order by duct opening measurements on the wall or ceiling.
Floor Registers
Order by duct opening measurements in the floor.
Baseboard Grilles
Order by duct opening measurements on the wall. Also, please check the outer product dimensions.
Corner Baseboard Grilles
Order by outer product dimensions.
Toe Kick Grilles
Order by the duct opening measurements on the cabinet.
