Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on the total weight and volume of the items. Shipping is free on orders over $99 within the United States.

Shipment processing time

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days upon receipt. Once shipped, standard delivery time is estimated to be 4-5 days. Please keep in mind that these timeframes may vary depending on the specific circumstances and shipping destination.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Please note that we are unable to ship our products to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to the specific nature of their size and material. 

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. 

Damages& Lost Packages
Please check your order upon delivery and notify us in 7 days if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. This will allow us to assess the issue and take appropriate action to rectify it. If the item is damaged, please send an email to help@airgrilles.com with photos of both the product and packaging. Don't forget to mention your order number in the email. If your package is lost or there is no movement in the shipping history, please send us an email as soon as possible. We will promptly investigate the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

In order to qualify for a refund, please ensure that the item is in the same condition as when you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Please note that if the package has been opened, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. It is important to understand that used products cannot be returned.

To start a return, contact us at help@airgrilles.com. If approved, we'll provide a return slip and instructions. Returns without prior authorization won't be accepted. Customer pays for any shipping, unless it's our fault. 

Fulfillment Network

We have partnered with the Amazon Fulfillment Network to efficiently process and fulfill your orders. As a result, you may receive your package in an Amazon Shipping Box. Please be aware that we solely utilize Amazon for order fulfillment purposes.
