How To Measure A Grille
Always measure the size of the duct opening (the 'hole' in the duct/wall). Do not measure the entire size of the register itself. Size of the grille is; listed size +1.75-inch.
Understanding Width & Height
In a grille size, the first number always represents the width and the second one is the height. As an Example: If the hole on your wall/duct is 14 inches wide by 8 inches tall, order 14x8 option.

- Order by 11:00 AM ET on a business day and it ships the same day — otherwise the next business day.
- Delivery in about 4–5 days after dispatch (FedEx / UPS), with tracking emailed when your order ships.
- US only. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Returns
- 30-day returns. Item must be unused and in its original packaging; opened packages incur a 20% restocking fee.
- Email help@airgrilles.com to start a return (authorization required).
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the error was ours; refunds are issued within 5 business days of approval.
