Cancellation Policy

We process and ship orders quickly, so the window to cancel is short. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do everything we can to help before it leaves our warehouse.

How to cancel

Email help@airgrilles.com with your order number and the word "Cancel" in the subject line, or call us at (571) 596-7373 (available 24/7). The faster you reach us, the more likely we can stop the shipment.

Cancellation window

You may cancel an order any time before it has shipped. Because in-stock orders placed before 11:00 AM ET ship the same business day (see our Shipping Policy), please contact us as early as possible — ideally before 11:00 AM ET on the day you order — so we can stop it before fulfillment begins. Once an order has been packed or handed to the carrier, it can no longer be canceled.

Once an order has shipped

If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be canceled. You may return it after delivery under our Refund & Return Policy. Standard return terms apply, including any applicable restocking fee and return shipping deducted from your refund.

Order changes (address, size, quantity)

To change a shipping address, size, or quantity, contact help@airgrilles.com before your order ships. We'll update it when possible; if the order has already shipped, follow the return process to exchange for the correct item.

Refunds for canceled orders

If we cancel your order before it ships, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

Custom and special-order items

Custom or special-order items that have entered production cannot be canceled or refunded. This will be noted on the product page before purchase.

Bulk and B2B orders

For large project or wholesale orders, partial fulfillment may already be in progress. Contact help@airgrilles.com as early as possible and we'll confirm what can still be canceled.
