Shipping policy

At AirGrilles.com, our goal is to get the right product to you quickly, with no phone calls and no surprises. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address and order, so you always see the exact cost before you pay.

Where we ship from

Most orders ship from our company-managed warehouse in Gainesville, VA, with select orders fulfilled from trusted partner warehouses across the U.S. to ensure fast, reliable nationwide delivery.

Order processing time

Most in-stock orders ship the same business day. Orders placed before 11:00 AM ET on a business day ship that same day; orders placed after 11:00 AM ET, on weekends, or on US holidays ship the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping methods and transit time

We ship via FedEx and UPS within the United States. Estimated transit times after dispatch:

  • Standard / Ground: approximately 4–5 days after dispatch, varies by destination
  • Expedited options (where available): selectable at checkout with the carrier's quoted transit time

Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery dates can be affected by weather, carrier delays, and peak periods.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated in real time at checkout from your delivery address and order contents, so you always see the exact cost before you pay. Free standard shipping applies to orders over $250 (standard parcel shipments within the contiguous US). Large pallet and freight orders are quoted separately (see below).

Bulk, pallet, and freight (LTL) orders

For large projects and wholesale orders that ship by pallet or freight (LTL), a freight quote is provided by email before shipment. If you are ordering at volume and need a delivery estimate or freight cost in advance, contact us at help@airgrilles.com with your ZIP code and quantities.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we email a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact help@airgrilles.com.

High order volume & delayed or lost packages

During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your order is significantly delayed, we'll contact you by email or phone. If your tracking shows no movement or your package appears lost, email help@airgrilles.com as soon as possible and we'll investigate and make it right.

Delivery areas

We currently ship within the United States only. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.

Inspect your order on delivery

Please inspect your shipment when it arrives. If an item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of both the product and the packaging, along with your order number, at help@airgrilles.com.
