Shipping policy

At AirGrilles.com, our goal is to get the right product to you quickly, with no phone calls and no surprises. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and order contents, so you always see the exact cost before you pay.

Where we ship from

Most orders ship from our company-managed warehouses in Gainesville, VA. Some orders are fulfilled from partner warehouses elsewhere in the U.S. so they reach you faster.

Order processing time

Most in-stock orders ship the same business day. Orders placed before 11:00 AM ET on a business day ship that same day; orders placed after 11:00 AM ET, on weekends, or on US holidays ship the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping methods and carriers

We ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Standard (Ground) delivery takes approximately 2 to 5 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.

Carrier choice: At our discretion, we may select or substitute an equivalent carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS) based on warehouse location and regional transit speeds. The carrier shown at checkout is an estimate, and any change is at no extra cost to you.

Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery dates can be affected by weather, carrier delays, and peak periods.

Free standard shipping offer ($250 threshold)

We offer free standard shipping on qualifying standard orders of $250.00 or more (before taxes and after discounts) within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.

Exceptions to free shipping:

  • Standard items only: the $250 free shipping offer applies only to items in our standard catalog.
  • T-Bar and oversized products are excluded: because they need specialized packaging and heavy freight handling, all T-Bar drop ceiling diffusers (oversized items) are excluded from the $250 free shipping offer. Carrier rates for these items are calculated at checkout.

Returns on free shipping orders: If you return the entire order, or a partial return leaves you with less than $250 in standard items, the original shipping cost is deducted from your refund along with the return shipping cost. The original shipping deduction is never more than the return shipping cost. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.

T-Bar & oversized product shipments

T-Bar diffusers and oversized products require specialized handling:

  • Rates for T-Bar products are calculated in real time using dedicated carrier rates at checkout.
  • T-Bar items ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C.

Mixed orders & split shipping

If your cart contains both standard items and T-Bar (oversized) items:

  • Split shipping: shipping options are calculated separately for each product category at checkout.
  • Partial free shipping: if your order qualifies for free shipping on standard items, shipping for the standard portion is free ($0.00), and calculated rates apply only to the T-Bar items.
  • Separate packages: items in mixed orders may ship from different fulfillment locations and arrive in separate packages on different days.

Bulk, pallet, and freight (LTL) orders

For large projects and wholesale orders that ship by pallet or freight (LTL), a freight quote is provided by email before shipment. If you are ordering at volume and need a delivery estimate or freight cost in advance, contact us at help@airgrilles.com with your ZIP code and quantities.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we email tracking numbers so you can follow your packages to your door. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact help@airgrilles.com.

High order volume & delayed or lost packages

During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your order is significantly delayed, we'll contact you by email or phone. If your tracking shows no movement or your package appears lost, email help@airgrilles.com as soon as possible and we'll investigate and make it right.

Delivery areas & exclusions

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C.

Alaska and Hawaii: standard items ship at the shipping cost calculated at checkout. These orders are not eligible for the $250 free shipping offer, and T-Bar and oversized items can't be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. Delivery can take longer than the standard transit estimate.

We currently do not ship to U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Guam), P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO military addresses.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.

Inspect your order on delivery

Please inspect your shipment when it arrives. If an item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of both the product and the packaging, along with your order number, at help@airgrilles.com.
