Product Overview

The 24"W x 24"H white steel T-bar perforated diffuser draws room air back to the system through a drop-ceiling grid opening. Powder-coated steel resists dents and rust for years of use, a stronger choice than lightweight plastic covers. Select this T-bar perforated diffuser by its neck size size, not the overall face size, so it seats correctly on the first fit.

Key Features

  • Steel construction: Steel keeps the T-bar perforated diffuser rigid during installation and resists warping over time.
  • White finish: The white finish coordinates with common flooring, trim, and hardware.
  • Right-fit sizing: Ordered by neck size, this T-bar perforated diffuser matches standard duct dimensions and cuts wrong-size returns.

Is This the Right Vent for Your Opening?

Choose this T-bar perforated return grille if you need a return-air vent for a drop-ceiling grid opening. Its open back draws room air into the return duct, and the perforated face lays into a standard 24x24 T-bar grid. It is not a supply diffuser and does not hold a filter.

How to Measure for This Vent

This diffuser drops into a standard 24 x 24 inch T-bar ceiling grid. Confirm your grid openings are 2 by 2 feet, then match the 24"W x 24"H neck to your duct collar. The panel face measures 23-3/4"W x 23-3/4"H.

Installation

Position the T-bar perforated diffuser over the duct neck opening with the perforated face facing the room. Confirm the frame sits flush against the ceiling surface before marking the screw points. Secure it with the included screws without overtightening, since excess force can distort the frame.

What's Included

  • 1 x T-bar perforated diffuser
  • Mounting screws

Ductwork, wall anchors, and installation tools are not included.

Care and Maintenance

Clean the T-bar perforated diffuser with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive chemicals that can damage the white finish. Dry the surface to keep moisture off the metal.
